“You, Me and the World”, portrays a child and their teddy bear, standing at the edge of the world — ready for anything. Mountains rise like dreams, skies burn with possibility. This is a tribute to fearless beginnings, to little adventurers who see wonder everywhere. With courage in one hand and comfort in the other, the journey has already begun.
The inspiration for this piece came as visual reminder that we’re not meant to walk this journey alone. Life — with all its peaks and valleys — isn’t something we’re built to brave solo. We all need companions, whether they come in the form of a lifelong friend, a beloved teddy bear, or the unexpected kindness of a stranger.
For me, the people who’ve walked beside me so far have been nothing short of magical. Their presence has shaped who I am and lit the way forward when the path felt uncertain. If life were measured in the currency of connection, then I am one of the wealthiest souls alive.
This painting is a tribute to those we hold close — and to the ones we’ve yet to meet. The journey is grand, but it’s the company that makes it extraordinary.
