I see strength and dedication and consistency as beautiful! I train at BFT with some amazingly strong women (and men), I watched one of those women deadlift close to 100kg! (I was stoked for me with 70kg!) This painting is dedicated to all those amazing strong women, some of them don’t know quite how strong they are! Physically, mentally and emotionally.
